<br />P-18 Hydrology <br /> <br />The report should state what impacts, if any, the depletions would have on <br />in stream flow rights held by the CW::B and that any depletions affecting <br />those water rights will be augmented. <br /> <br />Response: <br /> <br />As stated in the text, between 0.5 and l. 5 cfs would be depleted fran the <br />Dolores River. This depletion at certain times of the year could affect the <br />CW::B's instream flow right. Reclamation has an augmentation plan to canpensate <br />for this depletion.
