Subsurface exploration equipment. <br /> <br />10% <br /> <br />6.2.1.6 COST - An evaluation of offeror's cost proposals <br />shall be made to determine the acceptability and general quality thereof. <br />Evaluation will be made of the degree to which the pfferorhas demonstrated <br />his understanding of the program and his ability to organize and perform the <br />contract. This evaluation will be made in light of such factors: <br /> <br />a. Realism of manpower requirement estimates for each <br />item of proposed work. <br /> <br />b. Appropriateness of skills proposed to efficiently <br />accomplish proposed work. <br /> <br />c. Efficiency of the mix (e.g., senior, junior, <br />administrative) of skills proposed to accomplish <br />proposed work. <br /> <br />d. Realism of estimates for materials, travel, and <br />the reasonableness of cost. <br /> <br />e. Degree to which proposed costs are: trackable to <br />the proposed work statements, supported with <br />rationale, and utilize historical cost data. 20% <br /> <br />6.2.2 PHASE II EVALUATION CRITERIA - Criteria listed below shall <br />comprise 1/4 of the total evaluation weight. <br /> <br />6.2.2.1 MANAGEMENT OF INVESTIGATIONS - Same criteria listed <br />on 6.2.1.1 above. <br /> <br />6.2.2.2 BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE - Same criteria listed <br />in 6.2.1.2 above. <br /> <br />6.2.2.3 STAFF - Same criteria listed in 6.2.1.3 above, <br />plus: Qualifications of particular staff members associated with professional <br />A&E skills required for Section 7 of the Work Statement. <br /> <br />6.2.2.4 BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND/QR <br />CONSULTANTS - Same as in 6.2.1.4 above. <br /> <br />6.2.2.5 PHYSICAL AND TECHNICAL RESOURCES - Same as 1n 6.2.1.5. <br /> <br />6.2.2.6 COST - Same as in 6.2.1.6 above. <br /> <br />C-9 <br />
