The five
shares were used on the Desserick farm. section 27, T. 4S., R.
69W. Delayed.return flows have no~ been estimated because of the
preliminary nature of the consumptive use of irrigation water
estimate. Because of the proximity of the irrigated land to Bear.
Creek, the delayed return flows will not be material when com-
pared to the accuracy of the proposed operation study.

Daily accounting of the "storable inflows" are not avail-
able.

The untransferred Pioneer Union water rights are as follows:

District Oriqba1
Priority Adjudication Appropriation Decreed Decreed
No. Date Date Use CFS
5 02/04/1884 12/10/1861 .Irrigation 12.41
11 02/04/1884 09/01/1862 Irrigation 8.13
15 02/04/1884 03/15/1865 Irrigation 25.13

During the 1949 through 1957 study period. the subject five
shares were entitled to 6.25 percent of the diversions. The
modified Blaney-Criddle method of computing the consumptive use
of irrigation water. was used to determine the storable inflows.
The ditch water was used on the farm for irrigation of alfalfa,
.com and pasture grass.

blatchley al/odate/.lnc. / CONSULTING ENGINEERS
2525 SOUTH WADSWORTH BOULEVARD. .306 .
