Weber BaSin has an assigned <br />strength 01 240 enrollees. and COli bran's <br />assigned strength is 200. 80th centers of. <br />rer construction trades training and work <br />closely with the trade unions. Typical <br />trade offerings include briCk and cement <br />masonry; heavy eQuipment operation. <br />maintenance. and repair; painting: carpen. <br /> <br /> <br />Arcneolog,caICl'9SCl,vulgen,s!o.y <br /> <br />try; welding: electrical, plumbing, and <br />custodial building maintenance; ware- <br />housing; and culinary arts. The appraised <br />value 01 the work programs in FY78 was <br />$1.611.200. The accumulated value of the <br />work accomplished since fiscal year 1966 <br />Is $10,158,200. <br /> <br />Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) <br /> <br />Water and Power sponsored five YCC <br />camps during fiscal year 1978. The camps <br />had a total of 204 enrollees. These sum. <br />mer camps were located at Soldier Creek, <br />Utah; Fontenelle, Wyo.; and Cortez. <br />Durango, and Grand Junclion, Colo. The <br />conservation work projects completed by <br />the live YCC camps in FY78 had an ap. <br />praised vatue of $378,953_ <br /> <br />Young Adult Conservation Corps (Y ACe) <br /> <br />Water and Power opened two Young <br />Adult Conservation Corps camps - one <br />in Linden. Utah (Central Utah). and the <br />other in Cortez, Colo. - in FY78, The <br />Central Utah Camp, with 150 enrollees, <br />performed recreational work programs in <br />suppor1 of the Central Utah Project. The <br />COr1ez Camp's 20 enrollees conducted ar. <br />cheological field work in support of the <br />Cor1ez PrOjects Office. The appraised <br />value 01 both camps' work in FY78 was <br />S611,657. <br /> <br />13 <br />
