<br />The Policy and Review Committee, on June 7-8, 1950, met for the purposG
<br />of considering the report of ohe Drofting Subcommittee. During that two day
<br />per~od, a number of amendments to the o[erating principles, recommended by the
<br />Drafting Subcommittee, were made. As a~ended, the report of the Drafting Sub-
<br />comTiLttee was unanimously adopted by the Policy and Review Committee. Thus, this
<br />8JT\8rjed report of the Drafting Subcommittee becomes and is hereby submitted as "
<br />part of this report of the Policy and Review Committee to the Colol'ndo:iatel'
<br />Cons',rvation Board. There is attached hereto and marked "Exhibit B" such report
<br />of t..e Drafting Subcommi t tee AS amended.

<br />It is understood that the Policy and Review Committee was set up to
<br />~dvi,o ar.d make recommendations to the Colorado Water Conservation Board with
<br />resp!ct to the first phase of the propos8d Gunnison-Arkansp.s Project. Aside
