<br />Wilderness values would be legislatively <br />protected in the long term. No impacts are <br />expected due to mineral development since <br />the area's potential is low and no <br />development is predicted. Recreation use <br />would not exceed 100 RUDs annually. <br /> <br />Wilderness Manageability Alternative <br /> <br />Under thi s alternati ve 325 acres woul d be <br />recommended as suitable for designation. <br /> <br />Wi] derness val ues woul d be protected on 325 <br />acres. Since mineral potential is low and <br />no development is expected. wilderness <br />values would be unaffected on the 45 acres <br />recommended nonsuitable as well. <br />Recreation use would not exceed 100 RUDs <br />annually. <br /> <br />Larson Creek (CO-030-086) <br /> <br />Proposed Action (No Wilderness Alternative) <br /> <br />None of the gOO acres would be recommended <br />as suitable for wilderness. <br /> <br />Wilderness values, which exist only in <br />conjunction with the adjacent Big Blue <br />Wilderness. would not receive legislative <br />protection. However, since the area has <br />low mineral potential and no developments <br />are predicted. wilderness values would not <br />be affected. Recreation use waul d remain <br />at about 20 RUDs. <br /> <br />All Wilderness Alternative <br /> <br />The enti re gOO acres woul d be recommended <br />as suitable for designation. <br /> <br />Wilderness values would be legislatively <br />protected in the long term.
