To be able to <br />construct the project within budget <br />and on time, a Project Management <br />Team (PM1), consisting of represen- <br />tatives from the Upper Colorado Re- <br />gional Office, Farmington Construc- <br />tion Office (FCO), 1I1e Technical Ser- <br />vice Center, and the Western Cola- <br />radoArea Office (WCAO) has been <br />organized to provide overall direc- <br />tion and decisions regarding project <br />implementation.
