"~ 002871 PART B - BUSINESS MEElrING MINUTES OF THE 78-3 MEElrING PACIFIC SOU'rH'NEST INTER-AGENCY; COMMITTEE LAS VIDAS, NEVADA Y 1. Call to Order After noting that there was a quorum, the business meeting was oalled to order by the Chairman, Mr. Eugene Neblett, at 1:00 p.m., November 28, 1978, in the Plantation Room of the Showboat Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Neblett thanked the State of Nevada, and particularly, Mr. DanPaff, for hosting the 78-3 meeting. He also thanked Joseph Sondeno, the Executive Secretary for carrying forward other necessary arrangements for the meeting. Self-introductions by members, alter- nates and guests followed. A list of the attendees is included under PART C-l of the minutes. 2. Announcements The Chaiman stated that he had received messages from Dale James, of HOD, and Larry Harrison, of Department of Transportation, that they would be unable to attend. Mr. Neblett observed that the States of Idaho, Arizona, Oregon, and Utah also were not represented. 3. Approval of Minutes The Chaiman entertained a motion that the minutes of the 78-2 meeting be approved as distributed. It was so moved, seconded and approved by voice vote. 4. Executive Subcommittee Report Mr. Laren D. Morrill, Deputy Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board, Chaiman of the Exe'clltive Subcommittee, reported on the activities and actions taken at the Executive Subcommittee meeting which was held during the morning on November 28. The minutes of the PSIAC Executive Subcommittee, are in PART C-2 ATTACHMENTS. The Chair- man thanked Mr. Morrill for 8€I'eeing to chair the Executive Subcommittee for the current year. 1/ This draft of minutes was prepared by the Executive Secretary, Joseph O.
