In <br /> <br />addition, a conditional water right has been granted in the name <br /> <br />of the Dolores Water Conservancy District for project storage and <br /> <br />diversion purposes. <br /> <br />The Colorado State Division of Wildlife within the Depart- <br /> <br />ment of Natural Resources will have the responsibility to develop <br /> <br />and operate and maintain facilities at Dawson Draw Reservoir and <br /> <br />the wildlife management area at Monument Creek Reservoir. <br /> <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />Southwestern lyater Conservation DistrJct <br /> <br />Dolores Water Conservancy District - The Dolores Water Conservancy <br /> <br />District will enter into a repayment contract with the Secretary of <br /> <br />the Interior to repay a portion of the costs of non-Indian irriga- <br /> <br />tion development and the total cost of a non-Indian municipal water <br /> <br />development including interest within a 50-year period. <br /> <br />Montezuma Valley Irrigation Company - The Company will enter into <br /> <br />a water right operating agreement and water sales contract with the <br /> <br />Dolores Water Conservancy District, This agreement and contract will <br /> <br />provide for a determination of water rights to be delivered to the <br /> <br />Company in recognition of existing pre-project rights in the Dolores <br /> <br />River, It will also provide for repayment for 13,700 acre-feet of <br />
