<br />5:a.S9 <br /> <br />Reaponse: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />All stream gages on the collection aystems will be located in or near <br />the point of diversion when construction is completed in the area. <br />In 1973, the water measuring devices on the Fryingpan River, South <br />Fork of the Fryingpan River and Chapman Gulch were moved from their <br />tentative locations to points just below the diversion dams. <br /> <br />12. Issue: Two years ago, one of the men, while planting fish from <br />the Csrbondale Hatchery, made the statement, "If this stream goes any <br />lower, we won' t plant any more fish in the North Fork." And yet, the <br />Bureau is continuing this Project, to lower, to take more water, and <br />lower the streams coming into the North Fork.
