<br />IV. Study Schedule: <br /> <br />Project started in 1993 and it is anticipated that the completion date will be sometime in <br />1999. The project for Phase 3 is approximately 2 months behind schedule due to changes <br />in personnel and additional tasks, but should be completed by the end of January, 1998. <br /> <br />V. Relationship to RIPRAP: <br /> <br />This project will assess the legal and physical availability of water and compact <br />considerations for the Yampa River above and below the Little Snake River, Little Snake <br />River, White River, Colorado River (mainstem), Gunnison River, Dolores River and the <br />San Juan River. The data will be used in appropriating instream flows. <br /> <br />VI. Accomplishments ofFY 97 Tasks and Deliverables: <br /> <br />For FY 97, the CROSS Project River Basin Models will be completed by January 1998. <br />The database to run these models is online and has been fully populated will data ranging <br />from structures diversion, climate data to water rights infonnation <br /> <br />VIT. Recommendations: <br /> <br />It is being recommended that the study period of the water resource planning model be <br />extended to include a longer hydrology period. <br /> <br />VllI.
