W, Odell described plans for a field office <br />and staff for a study of the water resources of the San Luis Valley <br />to the San Luis Valley Conservancy District at their meeting on <br />February 17. <br /> <br />Water-Supply Paper 1843, "Geology and ground-water resourceS of <br />the Big Sandy Creek valley in parts of Lincoln, Cheyenne, and Kiowa <br />Counties, Colorado," by D, L. Coffin, has been released to the open- <br />file. Pending publication, manuscript copies may be inspected at the <br />offices of the Geological Survey, Room 260, Joslin Building, Villa <br />Italia Shopping Center, 7200 West Alameda Avenue, Denver, or Public <br />Inquiries Office, Room 15426 Federal Office Building, Denver.
