Too amount chargeable <br /> <br />to power is $70,000 per annum. <br /> <br />Annual operation and maintenanoe of the Fower features is <br /> <br />estimated at $410,000. The details of operation and maintenance esti- <br /> <br />mates are given in Table No. 7 of the Ap?'lndix. <br /> <br />Too total cost of the depreaiable items of the power features <br /> <br />is e stirnated to be $11,953,000. The detai Is of these estimates are giV'en <br /> <br />in Table No. 8 of the Appendix. It is assumed that these depreciable <br /> <br />items will have a life of 30 years. A sinking fund is assumed to be <br /> <br />set up far 30 years at 3%. On this basis the aV'erage annual depreoia- <br /> <br />tian ohargeable to power is estimated at $251,000, <br />
