Finley.and state Water Commissioner Charles Rawnon have <br /> <br />verified that this condition has existed over a long period of years and <br /> <br />state that Rifle Gap Reservoir water will not be required for the full <br /> <br />irrigation of the land under the ditches mentioned above.
