An allowance <br /> <br />of 4 second-feet for such lands is one second-foot for eve~J 40 acres <br /> <br />irrigated. <br /> <br />Water available to Grass Valley Canal land after project development <br /> <br />will thus consist of the natural floy; of East Rifle Creek less 4 second- <br /> <br />feet during the irrigation season supplemented by stored water made <br /> <br />available by the Harvey Gap Reservoir. The Harvey Gap Reservoir will be <br /> <br />filled each year to capacity of 4,850 acre-feet by the Grass Valley Canal <br /> <br />from the winter and early spring flow of East Rifle Greek.
