<br />that the SSAC will: <br /> <br />endeavor to express the viewpoints of all States; <br /> <br />endeavor to express the viewpoints of State agency <br />water resources interests, including conservation, <br />management and development, within each State; <br /> <br />consider, and respond as promptly as possible, <br />specific issues or problems presented to it by <br />the WRC; <br /> <br />present views and recommendations to the WRC on <br />other issues or problems deemed appropriate by <br />the SSAC; <br /> <br />keep the WRC currently informed of the membership <br />of, and desired points of contact with, the SSAC; <br /> <br />provide a final report of its activities at least <br />30 days prior to its termination; terminate on <br />July l. 1972, provided that it may be reestablished <br />for succeeding two-year terms upon receipt of the <br />report and execution of succeeding letters of <br />agreement. <br /> <br />that the WRC, through the Director, will: <br /> <br />endeavor to obtain through the SSAC the viewpoints <br />of the States on all matters before the WRC which <br />may have significant impact upon the States; <br /> <br />give thorough consideration to the recommendations <br />of the SSAC on all issues and problems upon which <br />the SSAC reports, including those recommendations <br />volunteered by the SSAC; <br /> <br />provide as much time as possible for the SSAC to <br />develop views and recommendations on issues and <br />problems which it refers to the SSAC. <br /> <br />The WRC Council of Representatives and the ICWP Executive <br />Committee shall meet at least annually to review and discuss <br />problems of mutual concern. The Director of the WRC and the <br />Chairman of the ICWP may meet at such times and places as <br />they deem appropriate to further the objectives of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />6~90 <br /> <br />-2- <br />
