<br />-l4- <br /> <br />Section 5 <br /> <br />Agreement Problems <br /> <br />It should be noted that said Agreement will have been <br />officially in force only l5 l/2 months, as of July l, 1972. <br />While the Agreement has been effective in coordinating State <br />and Federal activities, it has not been as effective as <br />originally hoped. In reviewing accomplishments under the <br />Agreement during this time, it is felt that greater coordina- <br />tion could have been effected if a standard operating procedure <br />had been developed. On some occasions, the WRC was awaiting <br />for action by ICWP and likewise, ICWP was awaiting action by <br />WRC. These problems can be easily solved by establishing <br />working procedures with WRC and scheduling meetings between <br />representatives of WRC and the Executive committee of ICWP. <br /> <br />COl.O <br />
