<br />(1I) The term "Dolo_ Project" melltll the Dolo,. Project,
<br />Colorado. a participatin, project under the Aet of April 11. 1956
<br />(70 Stat, 105; 43 U:S,C. 620; commonly referred to .. the "Colo-
<br />rado River Stor.e Project Act"), the Colorado River Beain
<br />Project Aet (82 Stat. 885; 43 U S.C. 1501 et 1IllI.l, and u further
<br />authorUed by the Colorado River Buin Salinity Control Aet /98
<br />Stat. 2938; 43 U,S.C. 1591).
<br />(4) The term "final COlleent decree" meana the conaent decree
<br />contemplated to be entered after the date of enactment of this
<br />Aet in the District Court, Water Divilion No.7. State of
<br />Colorado. which will implement certain proviliolll of the
<br />A,Teement.
<br />(5) 'nIe term "Secretary" meanl the Secretary of the Interi~r,
<br />(6) The te!'l1Y "Tribe" and "Tribes" mean the Ute MountaIn
<br />Ute Indian Tribe. the Southern Ute Indian Tribe. or both
<br />Tribes .. the context may l'8!\uire.
<br />(7) The term "water year' meana a year commencing on
<br />October 1 each year and runninc tbrouch the followinc Septem-
<br />ber 80.

<br />Animu-t.a Plata and Dolo... ProjeCtio in accordance with the Agree:
<br />ment: ProvidMJ. That nothinc in this lubsection or in the authorized
<br />pIll'JlOlel of the projec:ta may be collltrued to permit or prohibit the
<br />Iale, exchange. Ie_I use. or other cliapoul of luch water by the
<br />Tribal. Any luch lIlIe, ,xchance, le_, uae, or other di8po8a! of
<br />water from th_ Jlrojeebl IhaD be governed IOlely by the other
<br />provilionl of this Act and the Agree_nt .. modified pursuant to
<br />IectioA 11 of tIUa Act.
