The complete plan of development for the Upper South Platte <br /> <br /> <br />unit is yet to be'hammered out by detailed studies. However, the TWO <br /> <br /> <br />fORKS DAM is firmly proposed as the key feature of the plan ror the <br /> <br />Upper South Platte Unit. and final studies are being completed. <br />
