Program compliance including monitoring to insure that the project is built and <br />operated consistent with Program goals: and objectives. <br />2, Monitoring and research to determine ~iological response in accordance with the <br />Program's Integrated Monitoring and R,esearch Plan. <br /> <br />V, Project Level Adaptive Management <br />1.
