O&M Transfer Feasibility Study- work in progress <br /> <br />Legislative Matters <br /> <br />Federal Legislative Issues- Congress will reconvene the third <br />week of January but will spend the first few weeks reorganizing. So, work will <br />start in earnest about the middle of February. <br /> <br />State Legislative Issues- The Colorado House and Senate will <br />begin work on Wednesday, January 9. I'm not yet sure what water legislation will <br />be introduced in this session of the General Assembly, but I'll stay in contact with <br />the Colorado Water Congress State Affairs Committee process over the next <br />several weeks as bills are introduced. I've heard that there may be a bill to allow <br />private parties to file for instream flow water rights. I'll track that bill down ASAP. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />., <br />
