The contractor shall be responsible <br />fo.r and shaH replace at his own expense, any wiring, <br />instruments, or equipment, which may be damaged in <br />the' checkout process, unless this damage results from <br />negligence by the ,Govemment. In conjunction with this <br />requirement, the Goverment wm Poot request tests on <br />individual items that will require power in excess of <br />that available for constructioi1' pucposes. The <br />Government will provide electrtc"~ power for the <br />acce ptance tests of electrical' :.equipment. The <br />contractor shall furnish all equipment a.nd materials, <br />beyond that furnished under this contract, that are <br />required for the checkout and tests.
