S. Environ-
mental Protection Agency rating of the Narrows Unit EIS is
category 3 (inadequate).
(20) The proposed reservoir shoreline will be
subject to erosion from high wind and associated wave action.
(21) There are no studies relative to sediment
levels during construction of the Narrows Darn.
(22) Delta studies and aggradation studies
upstream of the reservoir have not been conducted.
(23) No probable maximum flood data for Bijou
Creek was used in completing the FES.
(24) The only documented seepage study completed
for the Narrows Reservoir is a USGS steady-state study which
shows the probable seepage areas of the reservoir to be the
entire south shore of the reservoir and the South Platte
River to Bijou Creek.
(25) There are no plans to implement FWS
recommendations to fully mitigate the wildlife habitat
losses which would result from construction of Narrows.
(~6) In order to fully mitigate the wildlife
hClbita'C. losses which would result from construction of

-In-
