<br />President Nichols declared a quorum present, and opened the meeting by asking if there
<br />were any corrections or alterations to the Minutes of the December 19, 1968 meeting as
<br />distributed. Attorney Beise suggested that on page 3, under "Legal Committee", the
<br />language "In the case of Cash Creek, the Court declined to authorize a decreed right and
<br />awarded Mr. Bond a Reservoir right with a priority date of 1966", be changed to read,
<br />"In the case of Cache Creek, the Court declined to authorize a previously decreed right,
<br />and awarded Mr. Bond a Reservoir right with a priority of 1966". The minutes were
<br />then unanimously approved as corrected.

<br />General Manager Thomson, in the absence of Treasurer Shoun, read the Financial
<br />Statement for the period December 19, 1969 - January 16, 1969 in detail. McCurdy
<br />moved, seconded by Hutchinson, that the report be approved and the bills paid. Motibn
<br />unanimously carried.

<br />FRYINGPAN-ARKANSAS REPORT:
<br />
<br />Project Manager James Ogilvie reported there are approximately 49,000 acre-feet in
<br />Ruedl Reservoir, and It Is expected the Reservoir will be filled nen year. They are
<br />importing water from the Homestake Project ip.to TurqUOise, and some concern Is being
<br />registered over the different temperatures of the imported water and native water as
<br />related to winter fishing.
