Ford ditch. It is alleged that the Catlin Co. refused to comply
with this request because the Colo. Cunul, through the lieredith
exchange, VIas diverting -,later ,'lhich should have been mn.de avail-
able for the Catlin. 111'. Hheeler communic<'.ted this fact to I-Ir.
Beach and 11r. Beach advi sed Hr. Hheeler to allow the Catlin to
continue their :tlversion without cutting out the 50 s.f.

I urderstand Mr, Uheeler personally cut the Catlin at lOl30PlI 8/4.
over the protest of the Catlin Company, to 43 s. f. to supply the
Rocky Ford.
