F. Part of' this shortage was due directly to the f'ailure <br />orthfl Catlin to follow the orders of' the veter c<ll!llllissioner - <br />to maintain tie river to till Rooky Ford. Mr. Hheeler did not choose to order more <br />water past the Catlin until repairs should be made to the ROCky <br />Ford diun. These repairs had been effected by the l\M of 8/4, <br />and Mr. HilBeler called an the Cntlin to cLrl; 50 s.f. out for till <br />Rocky Ford.
