A suitable
computer program will be selected, in consultation with the De-
partment of Law, to make computations and carry out sensitivity
analyses for different sets of assumptions. WRC has successfully
used the AGNET computer program developed by the Old West Region-
al Commission and operated by the University of Nebraska's De-
partment of Agriculture Economics. Since this program was devel-
oped specifically for many of the crops that potentially could be
grown on the. rese~vation, its_use may be advantageous in this
case. On the other hand, if an existing computer 'program is not
adaptable to the final list of crops proposed for the analysis,
WRC will develop a small computerized routine to handle the farm

-4-

, ',' ~,; ; '/,,,,',,'~,,. ,i,' i' .'
