A third area where coordination with other expert witnesses
will be required is in the area of sensitivity analysis.. For ex-
ample, if the benefit-cost ratio for irrigated crops on a certain
parcel of land is relatively close to one, feasibility or the
lack thereof may be dependent upon certain assumptions employed
in estimating water delivery costs. The sensitivity of project
feasibility to these costs will therefore be explored with other
expert witnesses., to determine whether the overall feasibility of
the project is affected by varying engineering assumptions within
certain tolerance limits.
