Identify management activities within identified <br />capabilities to meet needs for water and to over- <br />come water related problems for each component <br />of each objective. <br />b. Identify management activities within identified <br />capabilities to meet needs for land treatment re- <br />lated to forest and rangeland production for rele- <br />vant components for each objective. <br />c. Identify management activities development and <br />other planned action within identified capabili- <br />ties to meet needs for components of environmen- <br />tal qual ity objective. <br />d. Identify pos!libil ities (management activities) <br />for development and other planned action, within <br />identified capabilities to meet needs for fish <br />and wildlife resources and habitats for compon- <br />ents of each objective. <br /> <br />SCS WILL develop budgets showing effects on pro- <br />duction from water, land, labor and capital <br />including water quality and quantity. <br /> <br />FOREST SERVICE Will: <br />a.
