Water Conservation. (nEW recorrrnendation) <br /> <br />l4b. Interstate Water Transfers. (new recorrmendation) <br /> <br />15. Indus trial Develorxnent Bonds. <br /> <br />16. Regional Teclmical Corrrnittee. A meeting to discuss the fonnation <br />of this organization was held on March 23rd. At that tirre it was <br />the unanimous decision of those in attendance that a regional <br />teclmical corrmittee be fo~d. On June 3rd this group will flEet <br />again in Akron to further discuss the structure and activities of <br />this corrmittee. <br /> <br />17. Agricultural Research. This recomnendation will be forwarded to <br />Congress with the six-state recorrmendations. <br /> <br />18. Alternate Crops. A $30,0-0 grant from Colorado Corrmission on <br />Higher Education has been awarded to CSU in March, 1982 to study <br />alternate crop feasibility in eastern Colorado. This recorrmen- <br />dation will also be forwarded to Congress with the six-state <br />recorrmendations. <br /> <br />These ~ recorrrnendations (19,20) will be fonvarded to Congress with the <br />six-state recomnendations. <br /> <br />19.
