<br />002235 <br /> <br />Durango Pumoing Plant - Stage I <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Prepare table comparing the results of two mathematical analyses: One <br />using current schedule data from the last approved schedule prior to event <br />requiring evaluation, and one using proposed schedule data incorporating <br />the changes or delays. <br /> <br />I) Show contract milestones and activities whose periods of <br />performance have shifted as a result of any change which affects <br />production and/or manufacture schedules, material orders, <br />construction seasons, and labor and/or equipment utilization. <br /> <br />2) Base mathematical analyses on status of work and available float at <br />the time the Contracting Officer directs or proposes a change to the <br />work, the Contractor submits a value engineering proposal, or <br />when a delay occurs. <br /> <br />~- - <br /> <br />If <br /> <br />1.07 REVIEW AND EVALUATION <br /> <br />A. Baseline Schedule: <br /> <br />1. Within 20 calendar days after receipt of baseline schedule: <br /> <br />a. Contracting Officer will accept or reject the proposed baseline schedule. <br /> <br />b. Upon request from the Contracting Officer, meet with Contracting <br />Officer's Representative(s) for a joint review of the proposed baseline <br />schedule. <br /> <br />c. If schedule is rejected, revise and resubmit within 7 calendar days <br />following the date of the rejection letter. <br /> <br />2. Do not proceed with onsite work, except mobilization and surveying, until <br />baseline schedule has been approved by the Goverrunent. <br /> <br />B. Updated schedules: <br /> <br />I. The Government will require 7 calendar days after receipt of each monthly update <br />to review and approve or reject the updated schedule. <br /> <br />2. If the updated schedule is rejected, revise and resubmit updated schedule within 7 <br />calendar days following the date of the rejection letter. <br /> <br />1.08 FAILURE TO COMPLY <br /> <br />A.
