This alternative will not be further investigated as a <br />stand-alone alternative in Phase 2 but will be further investigated in Phase 2 as part of <br />Alternative I, Expanded Coordinated Reservoir Operations, <br /> <br />. Alternative 6b: Obtain Historic Irrigation Consumptive Use Credits. This <br />alternative will not be further investigated in Phase 2. <br /> <br />Chapter 3 lists and discusses the reasons for why alternatives were included or not included for <br />further study in Phase 2. <br /> <br />In addition to recommendations for specific alternatives to be further investigated, recommenda- <br />tions for several policy matters to be considered and analyzed in Phase 2 are presented. These <br />recommendations include policies that would provide incentives for participants contributing to <br />the average annual 20,000 acre-feet target.
