The capacity of Azure Reservoir, with due <br /> <br /> <br />regard being given to Project hydroelectric capabilities, <br /> <br /> <br />shall be allocated as follows: <br /> <br />First: An amount not to exceed 2000 acre feet <br /> <br />of water to Middle Park to be marketed by that entity <br />within the geographic area of Middle Park or as may be <br />authorized by statute. On or before the first day of <br />each water year Middle Park shall notify the entity <br />operating Azure Reservoir and Power Plant, the Subdistrict <br />and the River District, of the quantity of water to be <br />allocated to Middle Park for which Middle Park has or <br /> <br />expects contracts for the use thereof in the coming <br /> <br /> <br />water year. Such quantity of water will be retained to <br /> <br /> <br />Middle Park's account, to be released as directed by <br /> <br /> <br />Middle Park. The volume of water, if any, not disposed <br /> <br />of by Middle Park up to said 2000 acre feet shall be <br /> <br /> <br />disposed of pursuant to the provisions of subparagraph <br /> <br /> <br />Third of this paragraph 9, provided, however, that all <br /> <br />power revenues produced from said 2000 acre feet shall <br /> <br />be credited to the account of Middle Park pursuant to <br />paragraph 7, subparagraph Third. In the event Middle <br />Park exercises its option upon completion of Azure <br />Reservoir to utilize its additional 1000 acre feet of <br /> <br />water in Azure Reservoir as set forth in paragraph 17, <br /> <br />then the figure of 2000 acre feet herein shall be changed <br /> <br />to 3000 acre feet. <br /> <br />Second: An amount not to exceed 3000 acre <br /> <br />feet of water to Subdistrict to be used as replacement <br />for out-of-priority diversions of the Windy Gap Project; <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />0941 <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />
