<br />The Conservation Committee will operate by unanimous consensus.' The Conservation
<br />Committee will select its own chair person. It is anticipated ~at the Conservation Coml?ittee
<br />, will meet once or twice a year. The Committee may appoint ad hoc or standing committees or
<br />subcommittees to assist it in achieving the Program's purpose and goals, as needed, The
<br />Committee will determine the size and membership of any appointed committee or subcommit-

<br />The program will be managed through oversight and policy guidance from the Conservation
