State...treasur.er..to..receive-.and...dis:tribute <br />mineraLleasing..paymems. in accorc1ance wnn tne proVIsiOns <br />or section j~ or tne reaeral mineral leasing act of February <br />25, 1920, as amended, the state treasurer is directed to <br />deposit and distribute any moneys now held or to be received <br />by the state of Colorado from the United States as the <br />state's share of sales, bonuses, royalties, and rentals of <br />public lands within this state, for the benefit of the public <br />schools and political subdivisions of this state and for <br />other purposes in accordance with the provisions of sections <br />34-63-102 and 34-63-103. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. 34-63-102, Colorado Revised Statutes 1973, <br />,is REPEALED AND REENACTED, WIlli At\fENDMENTS, to read: <br /> <br />34- 63-102. Creation..of-IDineraL.leasing...flllld...and <br />distribution.
