Ootober <br /> <br />6 and 7, 1938, and the prooeedings refleot the following <br /> <br />disoussion and prooedure, and point out the objeotions made <br /> <br />to the granting of the foregoing applioation, whioh is the only <br /> <br />advioe we have, and whioh, so far as we now !$;now, are the only <br /> <br /> <br />objeotions whioh may go to i;he Federal Power Commission from <br /> <br />the states represented, and we therefore deem them the only <br /> <br />objections to be treated herein. <br /> <br />On page 84 of the "Proceedings of Conferenoe of <br />Repre&erltatives of Colorado River Basin States, (Arizona, <br /> <br />California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexioo, Utah and Wyoming) <br />held at Salt Lake City, Utah, Ootober 6-7, 1938", Judge <br /> <br />Stone, as chairman of the aforesaid Committee, announoed. <br /> <br />"** all of the states have been notified <br />by the Federal Power Commission of the <br />nature of this application,**" <br /> <br />and at this meeting Judge Stone requested Mr. Davis, repre- <br /> <br />senting Arizona, to submit a statemeni; of i;he applioation <br />that had been filed with the Federal Power Commission. <br /> <br />Mr, Davis, in the stai;emeni; i;hat followed, pointed out <br /> <br />i;hat in the work which had been done along the Colorado <br /> <br />River, it appeared that Bridge Canyon <br /> <br />,....., <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />4. <br />
