C. A" as amended by subsequent acts, <br /> <br /> <br />to asoertain our rights. <br /> <br /> <br />In issuing preliminary permits it is the mandate <br /> <br /> <br />of the above entitled act that the Commission give preferenoe <br /> <br /> <br />therefor by states amd municipalities (Chapter 12, 16 U. s. C. A., Par. 800 <br /> <br /> <br />as amended).
