Thus, to a meteorologist, "synoptic" takes on the <br />additional connotation of simultaneity. <br /> <br />Target area. - In a weather modification project, the area within which the <br />effects of the weather modification effort are expected to be found. <br /> <br />Transferability. - The degree to which seeding windows can be transferred <br />effectively to other areas having different terrain and cloud climatologies. <br /> <br />54 <br />
