Public Health and Fire Protection <br /> <br />The Forest Service will meet State standards in providing water treatment. <br />sewage treatment and solid-waste disposal, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Potable water will be available at both McPhee Recreation complex and House <br />Creek Recreation complex. <br /> <br />Solid wastes will be disposed of in a sanitary landfill that is owned and <br />operated by the town of Dolores, The Forest Service currently dumps solid <br />waste in this landfill through a use a~reement with Dolores. Pick up and <br />hauling of solid wastes will be contracted for through a private collection <br />firm. <br /> <br />The Forest Service will be responsible for fire protection for all lands <br />within the McPhee Reservoir Management Area and will provide protection, <br />detection, and initial attack on all fires. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />17 <br />
