The lower <br /> <br />3 miles were found ineligible. <br />The Governor endorsed these recomm~dations. <br />l <br /> <br />Piedra <br /> <br />, <br />. ~ <br />I <br /> <br />Approximately 50 miles of the Piedra and its East and <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Middle Forks were found eligible for inclusion.in the. National Wild <br /> <br />and Scenic Rivers System, It was recommended that 32 miles be <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />designated as "wild" riv~r, 12 miles as "scenic"river, and 6 miles <br /> <br />as "recreational" river. <br /> <br />The Governor ~ndorsed these recommendations. <br /> <br />Los Pinos <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approximately 54 miles of the Los Pinos River and its <br /> <br />tributaries meet eligibility requirements for "wild" river designation <br /> <br />and were recommended to be so designated. Water diversions adversely <br /> <br />affect the upper 1.3 miles of the Los Pinos main stem and the North <br /> <br /> <br />Fork.
