3. The segment of the Green River from the Bureau of Land Management
boat ramp at Indian Crossing to the Gates of Lodore in Dinosaur
National Monument (segment B on map 1) is eligible for inclusion
in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. This 32-mi1e
segment possesses outstandingly remarkable recreational, wildlife,
historic, and cultural values.

4. The segment of the Green River from Gates of Lodore to the southern
boundary of Dinosaur National Monument (segment C on map 1) is
eligible for inclusion in the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System.
This 44-mile segment posseses outstandingly remarkable scenic, .
recreational, geologic, and fish and wildlife values.

Recommendations

1. The 48-mile segment of the Yampa River within Dinosaur National
Monument (segment D on map 1) should be designated a component of
the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System under the management
of the National Park Service. The segment should be classified
wild.

2. The l6-mile segment of the Green River from below Flaming Gorge
Dam to the BLM boat ramp at Indian Crossing (segment A on map 1)
should be designated a component of the National Wild and Scenic
Rivers System under the management of the U. S. Forest Service
and the Bureau of Land Management. No changes in administrative
boundaries are recommended between these agencies. The segment
should be classified scenic.

3. The 32-mile segment of the Green River from the BLM boat ramp at
Indian Crossing to the Gates of Lodore in Dinosaur National Monument
(segment B on map 1) should be designated a component of the
National Wild and Scenic Rivers System under the management of
the Bureau of Land Management, Fish and Wildlife Service, National
Park Service, and the Utah Department of Natural Resources. No
changes in administrative boundaries are recommended among these
agencies. The segment should be classified as recreational;

4. The 44-mile segment of the Green River from the Gates of Lodore to
