Undesirable results have <br /> <br />occurred, such as navigation projects not consistent with <br /> <br />overall transportation policy and irrigation projects not <br /> <br />consistent with agricultural policies. <br /> <br />Options: a. Require each water agency to analyze and report on <br /> <br />the sensitivity of its proposals to related non~ <br /> <br />water policies. <br />b. Require the non-water agency(s) with the appropriate <br />related function to ,participate in the planning <br /> <br />effort and to concur in the proposed action before <br /> <br />Administration support is given to the water agency's <br /> <br />proposal. <br />c.
