Table 0.13 is a <br /> <br /> <br />comparison of these initially identified parcels' crop payment <br /> <br /> <br />capacity with their total off-farm water costs. As shown, after the <br /> <br /> <br />reservoir costs are included, all parcels have a negative residual <br /> <br /> <br />payment capacity. Therefore, the only parcels identified as <br /> <br /> <br />practicably irrigable in the Mancos Watershed are those that are <br /> <br /> <br />currently irrigated.
