The matter will be further, and no doubt more completely, covered in the <br />formal comments which will be submitted under Section 1 of the 1944 Flood Control <br />Act to the final report. Further, an opportunity will be given to analyze this <br />~ituation and for the presentation of arguments in f8vor of the road sought by these <br />Colorado interests at the hearings which are contemplated in Western Colorado before <br />the Water Board formulates final, formal, and official comments. These hearings, <br />which will be aQ'lled by the Board, will be attended by Bureau of Reclamation <br />officials, <br />
