The upstream faoe of eaoh dike is oon- <br />struoted of 24 inohes of rook riprap on 6 inohes of gravel. Both faces of esop <br />dike are oonstruoted on a 2.1 slope. <br />The above ground surfaoe ospacity of said Marys Lake is as follows: <br /> <br />1l4f\ acre feet. <br /> <br />"Dead" storage 42 aore feet <br />"Aotive" storage 683 aore feet <br />"Emergenoy" storsge 424 aora feet <br />"Bank" storage 25 aore feet <br />Total storage 1174 aore feet <br /> <br />Said Marys Lake acts as a forsbsy for the Estes Power Plant and is <br />the means of transporting and regulating western slope diversions to the Prospeot <br />Mountain Conduit and Tunnel. <br />The Prospeot Mountain Conduit extends from Varys lake to the Prospeot <br />Mountain Tunnel. The conduit, is a reinforoed oonorete pipe cast in plaoe, <br />with a ciroular cross seotion of 12' 6" insida diameter and s normal oarrying <br /> <br /> <br />capacity of 1300 sacond feet. <br /> <br /> <br />The location of the conduit is further dascribed as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Beginning at Station R97 156.75 thenoe North 270 41' East a distance <br /> <br /> <br />of 508.07 feet to Shtion 902 164.82 which point is on the North 8dge of !lar~ <br /> <br /> <br />Lake snd besrs South 500 57' West a distance of 2360.5 feet from the Northeast <br /> <br /> <br />corner of Section 2, T. 4 N., R. 73 W., 6th Prinoipal Meridian, thenoe from said <br /> <br /> <br />station in a northeasterly direotion; more partioularly desoribsd in traverse <br /> <br /> <br />table on sheet 4 of Exhibit C (Drawing Gan. 115); a distanoe of 3035.18 feet <br /> <br /> <br />to Station 933 100, whioh point is also the South portal of the Prospect <br /> <br /> <br />Mountain Tunnel and bears North 640 14' East a distance of 2224.9 feet from <br /> <br /> <br />the Southwest corner of Seotion 36, T. 5 N., R. 73 W., 6th Principal Meridian. <br /> <br /> <br />Prospeot Mountain Tunnel is of similar seotion as the said Prospeot <br /> <br /> <br />Mount a in Cond-..it, 12' 6" inaida diameter, with reinforced concrete lining. It <br /> <br /> <br />has a slope of 0.00465 and a norm.l oarrying capacity of 1300 second feet. <br /> <br /> <br />It extends North 32050' 11" East from St!ltion 933 .; 00.00 to Station 9'37 I <br /> <br />2645 <br /> <br />
