Ute ~io\lnt.:"tin l'tL' Indian Tribe in the amount of <br /> <br />Such <br /> <br />func [0 r.c- .:!dr:1inistcr(:c hy i:he l.t(~ :-'.ountain Ute SuperintE:ndent, Burc.:3u of <br /> <br />Indian Affairs, in the fo!lo>.'ing manner for the follo.....,ing items: <br /> <br />First, for construction of a 12" diameter pipeline of approximately <br /> <br />21 miles, carrying municipal water from the Cortez ~ater treatment facility <br /> <br />to points within the Tribal Reservation; <br /> <br />Second, to set aside in trust for the Ute ~iountain Ute Tribe- that <br /> <br />portion of the funds remaining after construction of the pipeline. The <br /> <br />interest income from said trust fund shall be applied to the following: <br /> <br />First, repayments to the United States of Tribe1s reimbursable portion <br /> <br />of DoloreS ?roject costs; <br /> <br />Secone, municipal water treatment, operation, maintenance and <br /> <br />replacement (O~l&R) for the municipal pipeline and .distr.i!:>",ti,,>n.system; <br />"" ---" <br /> <br />Third, OM6R for irrigation system; <br /> <br />fou:th~ plan, develop. and operate farmlands held in trust for the <br /> <br />Tribe and individual tribal members, that are irrigated by the ?rojec::. <br /> <br />The Secretary is directed to establish the trust fund "upon a determination <br /> <br />of availability o( funds witllin tIle existing Bureau of Recla~ation constflJction <br /> <br />pro~ra~. <br />
