<br />Most of you have received some type of information from the North American
<br />Interstate Weather Modification Council (NAIWMC). I am the Executive Secretary
<br />of this Council. 'Some have said, "Keyes is my name and weather modification is
<br />my game."
<br />Although each of you are known throughout most of the Colorado River Basin,
<br />I would appreciate each of you giving your name and organization that you re-

<br />I believe this type of meeting to plan for weather modification across

<br />state boundaries is a major goal of the Council. I see this type of planning

<br />across province and national borders as well, for clouds do not stop at bound-

<br />
<br />aries. We will look forward to participation with you in this meeting and

<br />learning what is happening in your area.
