Subcontract Administration. The Contractor shall maintain written standards of <br />conduct governing the performance of its employees who award and administer contracts. These <br />standards of conduct shall be in full compliance with 25 CPR 900.48(b)(1) through (3). <br /> <br />N. <br /> <br />Access to Contractor Records. <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />I. Except for previously provided copies of tribal records that Reclamation demonstrates <br />are clearly required to be maintained as part of the record keeping system of the Department of <br />the Interior, records of the Contractor shall not be considered Federal records for purposes of <br />Chapter 5 of Title 5, United States Code. <br /> <br />2. The Contractor shall maintain a record keeping system, as necessary to allow the <br />Contracting Officer to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the cost or pricing <br />data of the Contractor and its subcontractors, and upon reasonable advance request, provide <br />access to such records to the Comptroller General, the Secretary of the Interior, Reclamation, or <br />any of their duly authorized representatives. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 - OTHER PROVISIONS. <br /> <br />A. Designated Individuals. The senior officials who will serve as representatives for <br />notices, proposed modifications to the Contract, and other purposes shall be identified in each <br />Construction Contract for the individual project features. <br /> <br />24 <br />
