<br />002l:j6 <br /> <br />(1) Each subcontract should contain provisions to ensure compliance with the Act <br />(25 U.S.C. 450 et seq) and the satisfactory completion of the project, including but not <br />limited to the applicable provisions of the following: <br /> <br />(I) Administrative, contractual, or legal remedies in instances where <br />subcontractors violate or breach subcontract terms, and provide for such sanctions <br />and penalties as may be appropriate; <br /> <br />(2) Termination for cause and for convenience including the manner by <br />which it will be effected and the basis for settlement; <br /> <br />(3) Notice of the Contractor's requirements and regulations pertaining to <br />reporting; <br /> <br />(4) Notice of the Contractor's requirements and regulations pertaining to <br />patent rights with respect to any discovery or invention which arises or is <br />developed in the course of or under such subcontract; <br /> <br />(5) Notice of the Contractor's requirements and regulations pertaining to <br />copyrights and rights in data; and <br /> <br />(6) Access by the Contractor or Reclamation, the Comptroller General of <br />the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives to any books, <br />documents, papers, and records of the subcontractor which are directly pertinent <br />to the subcontract for the pmpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and <br />transcriptions. <br /> <br />, <br />( <br /> <br />(m) In addition, each subcontract shall contain the following Federal Acquisition <br />Regulation (FAR) clauses, clauses adapted from FAR clauses, and Disputes Review <br />Board provisions: <br /> <br />52.202-1 <br />52.203-2 <br />52.204-3 <br />52.209-5 <br /> <br />52.209-6 <br /> <br />52.211-1 <br /> <br />52.211-5 <br />52.211-6 <br /> <br />Definitions <br />Certificate of Independent Price Determination <br />Taxpayer Identification <br />Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Proposed Debarment, and <br />Other Responsibility Matters <br />Protecting the Government's Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors <br />Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment <br />Availability of Specifications Listed in the GSA Index of Federal <br />Specifications, Standards and Commercial Item Descriptions, FPMR Part <br />101-29 <br />Material Requirements <br />Brand Name or Equal <br /> <br />22 <br />
