Lochhe<ld <br />Executive Director, DNR <br />DilriesClile, P.E. <br />Director, ewes <br /> <br />Dear Ross, <br /> <br />Enclosed herewith are CRDSS Task Orders I and 2 pursuant to contract <br />amendment 4 with Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers dated January IS, 1997. <br />This letter will also serve as official notice to proceed with work under these Task Orders, <br />Also enclosed is the information we agreed to provide under 2a,2 of Task Order 2, As we <br />discussed, I would like you to work closely with Andy Moore of our office on Task Order <br />2 and do what you reasonably can to complete it sooner than the schedule provides for. <br />Ray Bennett, will coordinate with Ray Alvarado and Gene Jencsok and Manage <br />Task Order I for the state. I will coordinate with Ray Alvarado, Andy Moore and others <br />in the management of Task Order 2. Ray Bennett and I, in consultation with you, will <br />resolve any conflicts that may arise between Task Orders, All authorizations, changes to <br />the Task Orders, and questions and responses to questions that may have a significant <br />impact on the budget or completion schedule will be made in writing. <br />Ross, we look forward to continuing the great working relationship we have with <br />you and will be talking to you shortly. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~~4;- <br /> <br />D.
